David is our Managing Director and has over 20 years’ industry experience, including a decade at JBA, where he leads our company strategy, product vision and global growth in flood hazard data, catastrophe models and climate risk analytics. He holds a PhD in Informatics and Machine Learning and has played a lead role in JBA’s application of AI across its modelling workflows.
He was responsible for introducing agile working methodologies within JBA and continues to oversee this process. David is an experienced researcher and has published papers on machine learning and statistics, along with presenting internationally to the scientific community.
