The Sample Data and all intellectual property rights in it belong to JBA Risk Management Limited (or its third party licensors).
JBA provides Sample Data for the sole purpose of testing and evaluating it. In return you agree to use it only for this purpose and nothing else. You may not provide it to anyone else. It is confidential information.
The Sample Data may be tested and evaluated for up to 90 days from the date of this email. It must not be used after that.
No warranties, guarantees or representations of any nature are provided and all implied warranties, terms and conditions are excluded to the fullest possible extent in respect of it.
Save in respect of liability which cannot by law be excluded, JBA shall have no liability in respect of the Sample Data or any use of it.
Download or use of any part of the Sample Data constitutes your agreement to these conditions of use. Do not use or download if you do not intend to be bound by these conditions of use.
