Marketing Executive


JBA is the global leader in flood risk science. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small, hardworking and friendly team. You must have 1-2 years’ experience working in a commercial marketing environment.

Your role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Digital content support (web, email, social media, blogs)
  • Integrated marketing campaign support
  • Website and social media monitoring and evaluation
  • e-marketing
  • Customer profiling
  • Admin support

The team member we’re looking for

You must be a motivated and proactive team player with solid, hands-on experience in a commercial marketing role. As part of a small, hardworking team, you’ll thrive on being flexible and multi-tasking. Strong writing skills are essential – along with an aptitude for repurposing technical content.

Preferred attributes:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing
  • Strong writing/editing skills – proven within a technical, commercial environment
  • Experience of content management systems, e-marketing, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Experience of integrated marketing/PR campaigns
  • Google analytics skills
  • A professional, organised approach
  • An enthusiasm to learn and adapt
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full-time or part-time remote working will be considered for this role. If office-based, the role will be located in our modern, eco-friendly offices at Broughton Park, near Skipton, North Yorkshire. This unique work setting sits on the boundary of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and offers easy access to stunning countryside.
